Dawn completed an aerobics instructor’s course followed on by a Pilates instructors course and taught at the Old Mutual private gym and Sport Science Institute before managing her own Pilates studio.
After several years, Dawn segued into Interior Design and Project Management assisting clients to live in more conducive environments, to have a more positive impact on one’s health and wellbeing.
Finally, Dawn has come full circle, back to her true passion; helping people through coaching to resolve their inner conflicts and live more fulfilling lives, both mentally and physically.

Then meet Mike, who has been involved in EMS, Fire & Rescue, Disaster/Risk Management & its associated fields for almost 40 years. He has spent the past 25 years working in over 30 countries in Africa and the Middle East. This journey has led Mike to the point in his career where he looks at medicine and (his) life differently.
Mike helps clients navigate their way to a healthier way of living and interacting with the world. It does not only relate to the individual, but on a broader context, to a gentler way of living. It is not only “you are what you eat” it is how we interact with each other and the planet. A diet is just a diet, but living healthy (mentally, physically, and emotionally) is a way of life.
Mike collaborates with all individuals who want to discover what is REALLY important in their lives, and have more clarity about what matters, by balancing the multiple spokes of their “wheel of life.” Mike currently works in the emotional fatigue and vicarious trauma environment due to his years of emergency medicine and is also involved in the corporate world guiding executives to live a more balanced and wholesome life.
